The gardening and beautification program at Graystone is a great way for students and parents to get involved with Graystone.  Graystone Garden is open to everyone. We meet every third Tuesday of the month. It's a program supported by the H&SC to educate children about nutrition, eco-life, self-sustaining farming, recycling, worm composting and gardening. We meet in the garden next to the science lab. We will be planting, harvesting, having visits from community leaders and sometimes have meet-ups at local organic farms.

We donate most of our proceeds to Second Harvest Food Bank. Kids, also, get to enjoy what they have planted. Hope you can join us on any third Tuesday, 1:30pm.  This program not only teaches students how to grow a garden, but also teaches about giving back to the community and taking care of the earth.

Get Involved

The program is always looking for parent/adult volunteers. If you have any questions or would like to participate as a volunteer please contact Kimy by phone (268-3187) or email (gardening@graystonehsc.org).
