The cash card/gift card/scrip program at Graystone is one way we raise money to help pay for all the programs paid for and supported by the Home &School Club.  For each gift card that we sell the Home & School Club gets a percentage of the purchase price.  Percentages range from 1% to up to 15%, with an average return of 4%.  

We can make your gift card shopping a one stop shopping experience.  We keep in stock gift cards from over 50 local and internet businesses and can special order hundreds more. Before you go gift card shopping at the store, come check us out and see if we have or can get what you need.

BUY A GIFT CARD EACH MONTH FOR YOU TO USE

We strongly encourage every Graystone family to purchase just one gift card each month. If every family at Graystone averaged purchasing just $100 in gift cards each month the H&SC would make ~$30,000 each year.  Get gift cards for gifts or rather than using your credit card or debit card at Safeway, use a gift card purchased through our Cash Card Program.  Don't pay the $0.45 debit card transaction fee at ARCO, use an ARCO gift card purchaed through the H&SC -- you save $0.45 per fill-up and Graystone gets 1-2%.  You don't need to spend more, just spend differently and support Graystone.

WE WANT TO MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU

  • Gift cards are sold in the Graystone SuperDome every Monday and Friday at drop-off and pick-up.
  • Order forms are available on our website, in the office, and will also come home periodically in your Friday folder.  Order forms may be submitted to the office, the cash card table, or via email to ginafreitag@comcast.net.  You can pick up your gift cards in the office, at the cash card table in the SuperDome, or have them sent home with your child (payment must be received before sending it home with students).
  • RECURRING ORDERS -- You can set up a recurring order.  Each month you will receive an invoice.  Check it over, add or subtract what you want, and confirm.  Your order will be ready for you each month.

Cash Cards We Can Order (pdf)

An alphabetical listing of gift cards we can special order. Special orders are typically processed and ready within two weeks.

Recurring Order Instructions

  • Submit your order form and check the "Recurring Order" box.
  • Indicate if you wish to receive your order the first week or the third week of the month.
  • You will receive an invoice via email when your order is ready which you can adjust if you wish.
  • You can pay via PayPal or by sending a check to the office.  If picking up, you can pay at pick up.
  • You can receive your order in the front office, in your child's white envelope on Friday, or you can pick your order up at the cash card table in the SuperDome on Monday or Friday before or after school.

PayPal Instructions

  • Log onto www.paypal.com (set up a free account if you don't already have one)
  • Click on the SEND MONEY tab
  • Type in the address to send to as treasurer@graystonehsc.org
  • Enter the amount of you payment
  • Click on the PERSONAL tab and check the OTHER box
  • Select account to pay from.  NO FEES if you use your bank account.  If you use your credit card, be sure to check the box that says "I will pay fees".
  • In the MESSAGE box please put your name and indicate that payment is for Cash Cards
  • click on SEND MONEY
